The call is out to lovers of local produce and great tasting food... send us your creative and innovative recipes featuring BCfresh's unique New Nugget Potato as an ingredient and win up to $250...

We are excited to be working with a friendly group of Canadian food and beverage bloggers, Food Bloggers of Canada to create and promote the "Be Fresh" new nugget recipe challenge for their members.

Submitted recipes will be judged using a number of criteria such as:

  • Mouth-watering photos
  • Simplicity
  • Originality
  • The Story

 

The contest opens June 11th and runs through July 8th, 2012.  Four great prizes will be awarded: Grand Prize ($250), Appetizers ($100), Main Course ($100) and Salad ($100).  Winners will be announced on July 20th via our social media pages, our BCfresh website and via Food Bloggers of Canada.  Plans are also in the works to create an e-cookbook with the photos and recipes.
