In 1992, Lower Mainland Vegetable Distributors Inc. was established to ensure the coordinated marketing of root crop vegetables produced in B.C.'s Fraser Valley.

The name BCfresh represents the unparalleled freshness of our produce and the incomparable level of service you can always expect from our distribution network and our growers. We are also 100% owned and operated by BC growers.

Today, BCfresh vegetables are meticulously grown on 32 family farms throughout the Fraser Valley, many of the families going back four and five generations. Together, they have combined sales of over 65,000 tons of root crops per annum. That represents a retail value of BCfresh vegetable crops to our province of more than $100 million every year.
